Here is a general marinade good for all kinds of meat
one cup of orange juice
one cup of lime juice or lemon juice
one tablespoon chil powder
one tablespoon of spicy mustard
one tablespoon of onion powder
one tablespoons of brown sugar or splenda
Mix everything in a plastic container and place your meat in the box and refirgerate for 4 hoursthen go ahead and grill your meat

Asian Style Basic Meat Marinade
Here is a basic meat barbecue-marinade to use for giving your meat an asian flair prior to placing the meat on the grill.Decide what kind of meat you want to cook the next day-pork,chicken cutlets or steak.
Place the meat and below ingredients overnight in a locking bowel in the refrigerator 1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons freshly chopped ginger
1 teaspoon five spice powder
1 teaspoon honey Prepare your grill with a nice heat in the morning-get the coals to have a nice white coating.
Take your meat out of the marinade and let sit on a clean plate for 5 minutes before heading to the grill.
Transfer your meat to the grill and cook checking the temperature with your thermometer-figure 5 to 7 minutes a side for 2 pounds of beef
2 Tbsp. garlic cloves, minced2 cups soy sauce low salt1 Tbsp. lemongrass2 Tbsp. galanga, minced--if uyou dont have this use dried galanga or ginger1 Tbsp. garlic cloves, minced2 green onions, chopped1/2 cup honey or splenda1/2 orange juice 2 Tbsp. sesame oil1/4 cup waterwant it spicy add 1 tablespoon red chili or chil powder
mix the above in a bowl until well blended.
Pour the marinade over your favorite meat or vegetables and place in the fridge for 2 hours. Then place on the grill.
