Barbecue-salmon-recipe Ingredients

salmon steaks or salmon filets

olive oil






Heat up a charcoal grill or a gas grill rub the fillet or steaks with some olive oil on both side and rub with so cloves of garlic-if you hare garlic skip it but its good for you

Place the steaks on top stay there and watch your steaks estimate 3 minutes a side with a hot fire,flip over

Check for doneness with a fork you do not want the dark translucent color. Its done when the meat is no longer see-thru-you want a solid salmon color-no jelly like feel.

The salmon should flake off when done.

Take of the grill and serve with squeezed lemon and cover with a hunk of butter let the butter melt on top or use some mayo if you want.serve in clean dish with the bbq sauce and cut scallions

Barbecue Grilled Spicy Fish recipe

Here is a generic recipe for making any spicy barbecued fish. This is a great recipe for all fresh water fish.

Ingredients 1/4 cup lime or lemon juice

2 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

1 tablespoon hot sauce

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 pounds of your favorite whole fish-I like to use trout. Prepare

Combine the lemon juice,butter,oil;,parsley,hot sauce,ginger and salt. Mix well. Pierce skin of fish in several places, Roll fish in juice mixture to coat inside and out. Cover Refrigerate 30 minutes to one hour turning over occasionally. Remove fish from marinade. Place fish on grill;brush fish with marinade while grilling. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes. Turn;brush with marinade,cook 5 minutes longer. Fish is done when it flakes easily with the fork.
