As I write this I a taking ginger everyday as a ginger tea which helps me with stomach problems. It is very important that you let your medical doctor see you right away for new medical problems and let him know if you are using any herbs such as ginger.

Do not use ginger if you are using a blood thinner and do not use more then 4grams in a day.

The importance of fish oil

Fish oil is important in our health to keep our blood from clotting and krill oil is the most potent form of fish oil todate. It is important for heaet and brain and joint health. I use this supplement everyday 2 capsules. Its alot cheaper then ending up in the medical intensive ar unit of a hospital.


Ginger is wonderful in sauces. you can make delicious ginger-bbq-sauces and ginger-bbq-marinades easily at home. Galanga which is a root related to ginger is used extensivey in thai cooking


Ingredients for ginger-bbq-sauce

fresh ginger root ginger powder

1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup of molasses

2 jalopenos cut up -want it not hot leave out the jalopenos

2 tablespoons of brown sugar can use splenda substitute if watching sugar intake

2 tablespoons of onion powder

1 tablespoon of chili powder

1 cup of tomato sauce

how to cook

place all ingredients in a large pan and heat on low heat with stirring for 7 minutes. Use on your favorite bbq and then store remainder in plastic container use withnin 2 days.


2 tablespoons onion powder 2 tablespoons ground ginger or fresh ginger chopped 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cuo tablespoon apple cider vinegar 4 T. chopped fresh basil

Mix all ingredients together and use with your favoritemeat to barbecue leave meat in the marinade for at least 6 hours.
